Hey! 👋 Thank you for being open to exploring deeper collaboration with Home Bass.

First, have a look at our Home Bass Core Values to get a sense of what we’ve done and what we stand for.

Up to this point, the project has been mostly run by the three founders/keepers – Aya, Byron, and Gunny – with help from volunteers on smaller tasks. With Gunny leaving for Singapore soon, there’s a void to be filled on the financial, administrative, and strategic aspects.

The hope is that by breaking out our responsibilities and listing them, we can lean into our community, and find untapped alignments. Maybe Home Bass hires someone to manage a specific area like Calendar Administration. Maybe similar work is shared across orgs, like event listings or social media. Maybe space upkeep is formalized as a means of reciprocity for opening up the space. We’re open to ideas!
